I am a dancer and a healer. I use intuitive listening and somatic empathy to becoming keenly present to what your body is communicating. I invite relaxation, breath, sound and movement to activate an energetic and emotional therapeutic experience. I work with the physical body with touch and the energetic body without touch. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (2004), a Bodyworker (2010), a Yoga Nidra Facilitator (2015), a Life Coach (2023), and I am currently completing my training as a Registered Professional Counsellor (2025).
